Castor Oil Pack - Self Application - Day 2

Today I have chosen to use a thermophore instead of a hot water bottle. I used the same technique otherwise. The duration of the application was 30 minutes long. During my application, I felt warm on the area. I had hyperemia present almost immediately. As time went on, I felt my bowels become more active and had more sounds. I felt hungry during the treatment. I was more stimulated than the last treatment. As someone that has endometriosis and PCOS, I usually have daily cramps and pain. I did not have any pelvic cramps during this treatment. After treatment, my abdominal-pelvic region was relaxed and continued to be pain free. My feet were cold during treatment again, however when the treatment ended, my feet were warm again. As for how I felt after yesterday's treatment many hours later, my skin was very soft in the area of application. No other negative or positive side effects to report currently. I feel as if I am going to continue using the thermophore as a heating source for future treatments.
